Showroom hall after completion with ceiling cassette units

AC Supply and Installation

We supply and install the main types of standard and central AC from brands available in the Saudi market. The job starts with a site survey and a clear recommendation on system type and capacity, and covers installation, copper and drain lines, electrical connections, testing, commissioning, handover and after-sales support.

The AC systems we supply and install

Every space has a system that suits it, so we work across all the common types rather than pushing one solution everywhere. We help you compare the available brands on budget, running requirements and spare-parts availability, whether the project is a house, villa, apartment, shop, showroom, hotel or shopping centre.

  • Wall split units for rooms, offices and small spaces
  • Window units for simple jobs and openings already prepared for them
  • Concealed ducted split units above false ceilings in villas and offices
  • Ceiling cassettes for showrooms, shops and open halls
  • Package units and central systems for commercial buildings and large areas

How we choose the right type and capacity

Sizing an AC by guesswork usually ends in one of two problems: a unit too small that runs flat out and still cannot keep up in a Riyadh summer, or one too large that switches on and off in short cycles, using more power and doing a poor job of removing humidity. That is why we visit the site and look at what actually drives the cooling load before we recommend anything.

For larger projects or those with special requirements, we prepare a system study and design before work starts, showing the unit layout, pipe routes and outdoor unit locations.

  • Floor area, ceiling height and how the space is used
  • Typical occupancy, plus heat from equipment and lighting
  • Sun exposure on walls and glazed frontages
  • Ceiling type: exposed concrete or a false ceiling that can hide units
  • Space available for outdoor units and the drain route

Installation steps, from site to handover

Once the system is approved, we supply the units and prepare their positions, then run correctly sized, insulated copper lines, drain lines laid to a proper fall, and the electrical connections the system needs. We pressure-test the circuit and pull a vacuum to remove air and moisture before opening the refrigerant valves, then start the system, measure its performance and check the controls and drainage.

We position outdoor units where they get enough airflow, away from direct sun and trapped heat where possible, and where they can be reached for servicing, mounting them on suitable bases or brackets that limit vibration and noise.

At handover we walk you through the controls, sensible settings and when the filters need cleaning, and we remain available for technical support and after-sales service.

Common questions

All questions
Do you supply the units or only install them?

Both. We can supply the units and install them as one complete job, or install units you have bought yourself once we have checked they suit the space and the installation materials are available. Either way, we follow the same installation, testing and commissioning steps.

How do I know what capacity my room or shop needs?

Capacity depends on more than floor area. A sun-facing room, or a shop with a glass frontage and a steady flow of customers, needs more cooling than a shaded space of the same size. That is why we prefer to see the site first, and we explain why we are recommending a particular capacity.

What is the difference between a concealed ducted unit and a cassette?

A concealed ducted unit sits above the false ceiling and delivers air through ductwork to grilles in several places, so only the outlets are visible. A cassette is set into an opening in the ceiling with only its face showing, and blows air directly from that face in several directions, which makes it a good fit for halls, showrooms and open-plan areas.

Can you install in a building still under construction?

Yes, and starting early is best. Running the copper and drain lines and fixing unit positions before ceilings and walls are closed saves time and cost and gives you hidden, tidy pipework. We then return to install and commission the units once the finishing works are done.
