Yes, and we recommend running copper piping and condensate drain lines during construction, before plastering and ceiling close-up. The pipework is then hidden inside walls and ceilings, unit positions are planned in advance, and installing the AC after finishing becomes quicker and cleaner, without breaking walls or leaving exposed pipes.

We supply and install all types of regular and central air conditioning, including wall split units, window units, concealed (ducted split) units, cassette units, package units and VRF/VRV systems. We also fabricate all types of ductwork and carry out the copper piping, drain and electrical works needed to connect and run the systems.

VRF/VRV usually suits buildings with many spaces that need independent control, such as offices, hotels, multi-storey buildings and large villas, because one outdoor unit can serve several indoor units with separate control for each zone. The decision depends on the size of the building, how it is used and the budget, so we assess each project before making a recommendation.

Concealed ductwork runs above a suspended ceiling, so only the air outlets are visible; it is the most common choice for offices and homes. Exposed ductwork stays visible below the ceiling and is used in restaurants and showrooms with open ceilings as part of the decor. It needs more precise routing, joints and finishing, because everything remains on show.

Yes. We install and maintain cold rooms for restaurants, shops and other facilities that need to store food or other goods at controlled temperatures. The work typically covers the room, the refrigeration units, pipework and electrical connections, plus maintenance and repairs when needed. It depends on the type of system, how long it runs and the environment. As a general rule, servicing at least once before summer is advisable, and restaurants, medical facilities and dusty or continuously running sites may need more frequent visits. We recommend a suitable schedule after inspecting the equipment and understanding how it is used.

A maintenance visit typically includes cleaning filters and indoor units, checking outdoor units and condenser cleanliness, measuring refrigerant pressure and topping up when needed, and checking drain lines and electrical connections, then running the unit to confirm performance. If we find a fault, we explain the cause and the repair required before carrying it out.

Yes. We offer periodic maintenance contracts for restaurants, showrooms, offices, clinics, pharmacies and homes, as well as for multi-branch businesses that need regular coverage of all their sites under one contract, such as our contract with Al Taawun Medical Complex in Al Kharj and Al Dilam. We also provide after-sales and technical support after handover to follow up on any operating issue.

Yes. We start by assessing the existing system to decide what needs replacing and what can be kept or upgraded, then propose a replacement plan that suits the building. In occupied buildings, we organise the work with management to limit the impact on staff and visitors, as we did in the AC replacement and renewal project at Al Othaim Central Administration.
