Project overview
Al Taawun Medical Complex is a healthcare facility with branches in Al Kharj and Al Dilam, including clinics and a pharmacy. In a setting like this, air conditioning is part of being ready for patients: a fault in a consultation room or the pharmacy area directly affects patient comfort and the daily routine.
The challenge was carrying out maintenance inside a facility that remains open to patients, and covering the branches in both Al Kharj and Al Dilam under a single contract, keeping the equipment in good working order without affecting medical services.
Scope of work
- Servicing wall split units in the pharmacy area.
- Servicing AC units in clinic rooms, including the dental clinic.
- Preventive maintenance of indoor units, such as filter cleaning and operation checks.
- Checking rooftop outdoor units with pressure gauges.
- Measuring refrigerant pressure and topping up when needed.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults within the scope of the maintenance and repair contract.
- Covering the branches of the complex in Al Kharj and Al Dilam.
